Our vouchers can be purchased at The Grove, from our main reception, Sequoia Spa or our Golf shop. Alternatively, if you cannot come to the hotel to purchase them, we are pleased to offer you this online purchasing platform, powered by SK Chase.
Collection from The Grove is free and does not incur any processing or delivery fee on top of the price of each voucher.
Should you wish to purchase a voucher from our website, a processing and delivery fee will be added to each order, unless you opt to receive this voucher by email. The following fees apply:

In order to avoid confusion for you and our staff, we would like to draw your attention to the following Terms and Conditions:
Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated, may be redeemed once and may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable.
The voucher MUST be entirely redeemed at one time. No change or cash back will be given and no voucher for the difference will be issued.
The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience.
The Gift Voucher can ONLY be used against the items stated.
No photocopies will be accepted.
Advance bookings are necessary.
Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours notice will render the voucher null & void.
Dates and times are subject to availability.
Vouchers may not be valid on selected dates such as Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays, Easter and Valentine's Day. Supplements may apply on certain periods.
Voucher must be used by persons over 16 years of age only.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
